In the post posted by Kishan Reddy, it was revealed that the central government under the leadership of Prime Minister Modi has approved the expansion of four key national highways in Telangana at an estimated cost of Rs.10,034 crore. He said that these projects will provide better transport facilities to the northern Telangana districts and contribute to socio-economic development in the region. It has been revealed that since independence till 2015, 2500 km of national highways have been constructed in Telangana and in the last 10 years more than 5000 km of national highways have been constructed in Telangana. He said that under the Narendra Modi government, 32 districts across the state have been connected with national highways.
Four National Highways
The central government has approved four mega projects in the state of Telangana. The National Highways Authority of India has given approval for the construction of four major projects covering about 271 km.
Mahbubnagar to Gudeballur NH167

The process of tenders is currently going on to expand this 80 km route into four lines, which is part of the Hyderabad Panaji Economic Corridor. Rs. NH 63.. ARMURU JAGITYALA NATIONAL HIGHWAY. The Center has decided to invite tenders for the widening of the National Highway in this section. This 64 km road will be developed into a four lane road. It will be developed at an estimated cost of Rs.2,338 crore.
Jagityala Mancheryala NH 63
NH 63 Jagityala Manchiryala. This 68 km long road will be expanded into four lanes. Rs. It will be developed at an estimated cost of 2,550 crores.

Another national highway project is Jagityala Karimnagar NH 563. This 59 km route will be developed as a four lane road. Rs. It will be developed at an estimated cost of 2,484 crores.
