Robert Garza, a former employee, filed the petition in Wayne County Circuit Court in Michigan on November 20. Campbell’s products are the most processed food for the poor people, and Martin Balli called his Indian colleagues ‘idiots’, the petition said. Balli made these comments during a salary discussion in November 2024. Martin Balli’s comments were recorded by Robert Garza. But the company became serious after the comments about this came out.
