Donald Trump: US President Donald Trump spoke at the Davos World Economic Forum. He said that no other country except America has the ability to secure Greenland. Trump described the Arctic region as strategically important. He said that Greenland is an American territory. In the past, it was said that it was foolish for America to give up Greenland. It was claimed that Denmark could not defend the island on its own. He said he did not protect Greenland on the lease. Calling Greenland a piece of ice, Trump has demanded control, citing its strategic importance.

“They never wanted anything, we got nothing. I could use force, but I don’t. America asks only one Greenland from the world,” said Trump. Trump said that only America has the military power to protect the region and will make Greenland great.
