Young director Prashanth Varma has taken an advance from several production companies including DVV Entertainments to make a film. Denying the news, DVV Entertainments released an official statement. “Director Prashanth Verma has not taken any advances from DVV Entertainments / DVV Danayya. This campaign is completely false and meaningless. We strongly condemn it. There is no agreement or professional association between the two parties. Therefore, we sincerely request all media houses, digital platforms and social media pages not to spread such false information without verifying the facts,” DVV Entertainments said in their press release. The note stated.

Producer DVV Danayya has been trying hard to introduce his son Kalyan Dasari as a hero for the past few years. As part of Prashanth Varma’s cinematic universe, the film ‘Adhira’ was announced less than three years ago, introducing Kalyan Dasari as a superhero. Niranjan Reddy, the producer of ‘Hanu-Man’, is producing this film. The first look and title glimpses of this movie were also released in March 2022. However, there was no update on this movie for a long time. Recently, Prashant Varma shared a poster on social media on September 22 and revealed the key information about the film ‘Adhira’. He confirmed that while Kalyan will be playing the superhero in the film, veteran actor **SJ Surya** will be playing the villain.
