19 people were killed in a fatal road accident yesterday (Monday) morning on the Hyderabad-Bijapur highway near Mirjaguda in Chevella mandal of Rangareddy district. The tragic incident took place when the RTC bus was hit by a tipper coming at high speed on the wrong route. Due to the severity of the accident, half of the bus was crushed. The tipper vehicle that hit the bus overturned on the bus and the loss of life was high.

A terrible tragedy took place in Andhra Pradesh’s Kurnool district when a private bus caught fire on the national highway and over 20 passengers were burnt alive. In this accident that happened while traveling from Hyderabad to Bangalore, many people got burnt while sleeping. How did this fire happen? HYDERABAD TO BANGALORE: A Volvo bus (No. DD 01 N 9490) of ‘Vemuri Cauvery Travels’ of Bangalore left Hyderabad with about 40 passengers. On approaching Kurnool district, the bus collided with a two-wheeler on the national highway. Immediately after the collision, the bus caught fire and within seconds the entire bus became a ball of fire. Burning alive in sleep: Most of the passengers were fast asleep at the time of the accident. The two alert drivers and 12 other passengers managed to escape by breaking the glass windows of the bus. They suffered minor injuries.

Another terrible accident happened in Rajasthan. On Monday, a dumper truck rammed into the vehicles traveling in Jaipur, the capital of Rajasthan. It rammed vehicles for five kilometers. More than 19 people died in this accident. More than 100 people were seriously injured. More than 17 vehicles were crushed. A dumper truck created havoc in Harmada police station area of Jaipur city. A high speed dumper truck hit a car first. After that, it overturned and rammed into two other vehicles. In this accident, cars, bikes and pedestrians were all crushed under the dumper truck. However, the truck driver proceeded without stopping the vehicle, locals said. Alerted by the accident, the locals rushed the injured to the hospital for emergency treatment. It is reported that the dumper driver was drinking alcohol at the time of the accident. Eyewitnesses said that he rammed vehicles for five kilometers.
