According to data available with the US Central Intelligence Agency, per capita alcohol consumption is highest in the Cook Islands, followed by Latvia, the Czech Republic, Lithuania, and Austria. Other countries in the top 10 are Antigua, Barbuda, Estonia, France, Bulgaria, Slovenia. India is ranked 111 out of 189 countries.
