- Loka Chapter 1 is the highest grosser film of all time
This year Mollywood saw Never Before Highs. Mollywood, which has continued to produce films that cannot be bent on content and concept, has reaped the fruits of that effort. It has seen an unprecedented Rs 300 crore mark reach. Superwoman story ‘Loka Chapter 1: Chandra’ became the highest grosser of all time. Earlier this year, Mohanlal’s all-time record in the name of ‘Empuran’ was wiped out by Kalyani Priyadarshan.
Not only Empuran.. Hattrick hits this year.. Lalettan also has Rs. 200 plus movie in his account. If Lucifer and Tudarum cross Rs.200 crores… Hrudaya Purvam has crossed Rs.100 crores. And ‘Vrishabha’ which came at the end made a difference. Otherwise, 2025 would have been a complete star. Another star hero, Mammootty Dominic, saw the ladies’ purse, Bhajuka flops, but went with Kalankavaal. Not only these seniors but the young heroes showed their strength.
