Indian Movies: Stopping Indian Movies Theater Screening in Canada

Indian films around the world are getting fans. Canada is a major market for Indian cinema, along with the US, Australia and the Gulf. But the latest Oakville Film.ca Cinemas theater has suspended the exhibition of Indian cinema due to security reasons. On September 25, unidentified persons tried to burn at the theater. The crew immediately stopped the flame and prevented the big accident.

Another incident occurred in one week. Early in the morning, a man opened fire on the entrance to the theater. Prior to security, the theater ownership has decided not to show Indian films from now on. ‘Oji’ and ‘Kantara Chapter 1’ have already been canceled. As the ownership says, it can cause discomfort to the audience, but the safety factor is important.

The ownership of the theater is expected to have the hand of the Khalistan terrorists behind the incident. Khalistani supporters have also warned the Indian consulate recently in Canada. For this reason, fans of Telugu, Hindi and Tamil films are disappointed. Those who have already booked tickets have had to refund the money.
