CM Revanth Reddy: CM Revanth's visit to flooded areas today..

CM Revanth Reddy: Chief Minister A. Revanth Reddy will conduct an aerial survey in the flood areas of Warangal and Husnabad today. The CM will inspect the areas affected by heavy rains and the areas where crops have been damaged. Revanth Reddy prepared to go to the flood affected districts on Thursday morning. The CM’s visit was canceled at the last minute. Officials did not allow aerial survey as helicopter travel was not possible due to inclement weather. The CM announced in a video conference held on Thursday that he could not come today as the weather was not suitable and that he would come for an aerial survey in Warangal and Husnabad areas on Friday.

Meanwhile.. Cyclone Montha submerged Warangal district. It has been raining continuously since yesterday. Due to the impact of the typhoon, life has come to a standstill throughout the district. The low-lying areas are completely submerged. Flood water has entered houses in Rasi Kunta, Shivnagar, BR Nagar, Essar Nagar, NTR Nagar and Killa Warangal areas of the department. NDRF teams have taken up relief operations. They were shifted to the rehabilitation centers as the flood water entered the houses. Many colonies look like ponds during heavy rains. Pillars were broken in many places. The wires are cut. Trees fell. The damage was huge. Wherever you look, you can see rainwater on the roads. The nalas are overflowing. All the people are suffering from flood water. Officials are taking steps. Steps are being taken to divert the water.
