Two films which became blockbuster hits at the box office are now competing in OTT. Malayalam lady superhero movie ‘Loka Chapter 1’ is currently streaming on Jio Hotstar. Kalyani Priyadarshan played the lead role in this movie. And this movie is getting solid response in OTT as well.
On the other hand, ‘Kantara Chapter 1’ produced by Kannada hero-cum-director Rishabh Shetty is streaming on Amazon Prime Video. However, both these movies also hit OTT streaming on the same day. Meanwhile, Armax has released a report on which movie got the most response in the first weekend when these two movies came out for streaming. According to this report, Loka got 3.8 million views while Kantara Chapter 1 got 3.5 million views.
However, Kantara Chapter 1 is yet to be made available in Hindi. Meanwhile, Loka is already streaming in multiple languages.
