Off The Record: Any constituency in Andhra Pradesh is calm for at least a week, but Tadipatri constituency never has such a situation. The reason for this is the supremacy battle going on between the leaders here. No matter who is in power or who is in the opposition, they are always stirring up some issue. After Peddareddy won the 2019 elections, JC’s family faced a lot of difficulties. He also had to go to jail. As a result, after JC Asmit Reddy won the 2024 election, Peddareddy faced the same level of difficulties. At least he was prevented from entering his constituency for almost 16 months. The police have also been stopping Peddareddy saying it is a law and order problem. Finally they went to the Supreme Court and made them go to Tadipatri.

Due to court orders and police intervention, Peddareddy was able to step into Tadipatri but… Peddareddy is not able to do other activities. The reason for this is JC Prabhakar Reddy. Wherever Peddareddy goes, JC Prabhakar Reddy has been strategically stopping him. The police have again been imposing restrictions on Peddareddy citing law and order problems. He is being blocked in Tadipatri constituency. Well, even if we do any programs in the neighboring constituency, they are causing similar problems there too. Peddareddy wanted to hold YSR Congress party meeting in Pamidi, but the JC members warned that they would block it there too. Due to this, Pedda Reddy could not do anything. Moreover, YCP is conducting a crore signature campaign against the privatization of medical colleges across the state. The program is going on in about 175 constituencies. But this program is not allowed to happen in Tadipatri. Even though Peddareddy did not directly participate in the program.. Even though YCP leaders participated…JC members are stopping them.
Under the leadership of YCP, collection of crore signatures was undertaken in Tadipatri. Both sides threw stones in an attempt to stop the collection of signatures. TDP leaders vandalized two vehicles belonging to YCP leaders. Even if Peddareddy is not participating directly.. JC members are sending signals that they will stop it… Recently JC Prabhakar Reddy underwent surgery due to shoulder pain. So he is not in Tadipatri. Even Peddareddy is not participating in any activities. He is not coming in front of the media recently. In Tadipatri where these two leaders are silent, they are class members but they are always fighting somewhere. There is no Peddareddy wave anywhere in Tadipatri. At least not talking to the media.
