Fake Liquor Case: Excise police questioned Jogi brothers in the fake liquor case on the first day only for a short time. Jogi Ramesh as A18 and Jogi Ramu as A19 in the case. Both were brought from Nellore Central Jail to Vijayawada Excise Office after the Excise Court granted permission to interrogate both of them for 4 days. Jogi brothers reached the Excise office at Vijayawada around 5 pm. The excise police interrogated both of them for about half an hour. As A1 Addepalli Janardhan, who is the key accused in the case, said that Jogi Ramesh was involved in the manufacture of fake liquor, the police questioned Jogi about his links with Addepalli.

Officials also questioned Jogi about whether Addepalli Janardhan met Jogi before leaving for Africa. He asked about the financial transactions between Jogi Brothers and Addepalli Brothers. Addepalli said Jogi Ramesh was the reason behind making fake liquor and asked what is your answer. They said that they had given the money many times and questioned him by showing some proofs. It is reported that Jogi Ramesh replied that he has nothing to do with this case. After that Jogi brothers were taken to Vijayawada sub jail where medical tests were conducted at the government hospital. The authorities will take him into custody and interrogate him tomorrow morning.
