Hidma Encounter: Hidma encounter of one of the top leaders of Maoist has become a topic of discussion in Telugu states as well as across the country..However, suspicions are also being expressed on Hidma encounter..Hidma has complained to NHRC seeking investigation on Hidma encounter..Maoist leader expressed doubts on Hidma encounter, lawyer K.Vijay Kiran has approached National Human Rights Commission (NHRC). He demanded a thorough investigation into the possibility that the encounter was fake.

The lawyer alleged that there were suspicious elements in FIR numbers 52/2025 and 53/2025..as per NHRC guidelines..noting that FIR was not registered against the police involved in the encounter and investigation was also not conducted by neutral authorities. People were asked to know the truth about the Hidma encounter. On this occasion, lawyer Vijay Kiran said that the real information and evidence about the Hidma encounter should be disclosed to the public. If it was a fake encounter, it would be a historical mistake by the government, he said.
He said that taking the law into one’s hands is a crime. They said that no one is above the law.. Advocate Vijay Kiran brought this whole case to the attention of NHRC..
